Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of content quality on our platform.

Your primary focus will be on reviewing and moderating international LIVE content, identifying issues and escalating them as necessary. You will also work closely with other departments to respond to operational needs and develop quality inspection standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor international LIVE content quality to ensure first-class moderation and quality assurance.
  2. Analyze data, summarize problems, and handle necessary escalations to form a quality inspection report.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to respond immediately to operational needs.
  4. Participate in developing quality inspection standards and optimize processes and systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above with two years of relevant experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or content quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, as you will be required to review external English language content.
  • In-depth knowledge of local customs and culture is highly sensitive to social news.
  • Strong learning ability, cross-department communication, and collaboration skills, with overseas working/training experience a plus.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and possess strong logic and common sense related to job nature.
  • Familiarity with office software such as Excel, Word, etc., with data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities preferred.
  • Good communication skills, able to abstract problems and find solutions proactively.
