Job Description

The role of the Quality Assurance Expert involves ensuring that all quality-related processes and procedures are in place and being followed. This includes conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues found.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality-related procedures and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards and implement necessary updates to quality assurance policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
