Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of IT and networking services, ensuring SLAs are met and exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling service expectations, escalations, and relationship management.
- Oversee incident and problem resolution, ensuring service disruptions are minimized.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize service performance.
- Provide detailed service performance reports and drive process improvements.
- Manage contracts and SLAs, ensuring compliance and successful renewals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Network Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, cloud solutions, and managed services.
- Proven experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNA, or CCNP are a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Open to Singapore Citizens & Permanent Residents only.
