Responsibilities Overall accountability for all aspects of Service Delivery. Owns strategic relationship between the Business and TechM management. Ownership of service delivery including service transition , transformation, migration and all operations activities. Provides the strategic inputs to the System Integration and Managed Services teams on processes and operations. Discuss policies drive the Business Unit to achieve 100% security compliance. Familiarity with core systems, ie AS400, IBM Content Manager, Evidian SSO, NetApp, SFS Encryption, Citrix, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Cloud AKS, APIM, Splunk Security reporting tools, Qualys, SCCM. Focal point of contact for all audit requirements from LBU be it internal/external and provide the necessary documents and details as required. Coordinate with teams if details are insufficient and set the right understanding to ensure details are provided accurately. Manages all IT infrastructure and service delivery processes. Responsible to ramp up/down the IT service delivery teams based on the state of operations and future expansion plans. Provides report to BU management on the progress of all projects under supervision. Work together with team members to develop service agreements and supports processes which will assist in service delivery. Develop and maintain relationship with BU management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
