As the Section Manager for Talent Acquisition, you will lead the charge in attracting and hiring top talent to fuel Scoot's growth. From strategizing recruitment campaigns to enhancing candidate experiences, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we bring onboard the best talent to keep Scoot soaring high

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
  • Analyze hiring trends and market data to ensure Scoot remains competitive in the talent market.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans with business goals.
  • Enhance the candidate journey by ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment process.
  • Promote Scoot's employer brand through creative campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to showcase Scoot's unique culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure the team is equipped with the latest recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvements to achieve hiring targets.
  • Streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all hiring activities.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.
