**SVP Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, APAC

The Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, APAC will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities include**:
**Talent Acquisition**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team in Group Companies.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and develop proactive talent acquisition solutions.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
**Talent Management**:
- Design and implement talent management programs to develop and retain high-potential employees.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Develop and manage succession planning initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Create and execute employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and provide appropriate learning opportunities.
- Oversee the implementation of employee recognition and reward programs. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition and talent management strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
