Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day calendar and provide full administrative and secretarial support of the director. Prepare all business and highly confidential correspondence and organize daily business agenda. Organize and maintain a good filing system by ensuring all materials are securely filed in a timely and accurate manner. Obtain approval for payment. Provide professional, executive‑level client liaison in a helpful and friendly manner and maintain courteous, professional and efficient service to internal and external clients. Initiate and follow‑up correspondence on all routine matters. Provide logistics support for meetings, workshops and events. Handle hotel, flight, restaurant bookings, bill payments, etc. Attend networking or business events with the director. Overseas travel required occasionally. Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Diploma / Degree. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and proactively. Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities. Exhibits strong independent thinking and decision‑making capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
