Overview Drive sales and business development across Southeast Asia and Australia by identifying and securing new freight forwarding opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. Experience: 15+ years in global freight forwarding, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership / new business development (hunting) role. Skills & Competencies Solid knowledge of Air, Ocean, Land Transport, and Contract Logistics. Strong regional network in SEA and Australia within logistics and transport sectors. Hands-on, proactive leader with a strong drive for results. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
