Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new lending opportunities within the SME sector through active prospecting and lead generation
Provide needs-based financing solutions to new SME clients
Administer the onboarding and loan disbursement from new SME clients every month
Ensure all sales processes are properly documented and close any gaps in the client acquisition cycle – from onboarding of new SME borrower to first loan disbursement
Diploma /Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or related field
Has min 1 year of sales experience in the SME Banking industry will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of SME businesses and SME financing concept
Able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Outgoing and positive personality, with the ability to engage with customers of all backgrounds and personalities
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales activities and tasks simultaneously
