Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new-to-bank individual customers while offering a comprehensive suite of retail banking products.
Key Responsibilities- Drive client acquisition strategies to expand the bank's portfolio across priority customer segments.
- Execute proactive outreach through referrals, partnerships, events, and community engagement.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external networks to sustain a high-quality lead pipeline.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services, with proven success in client acquisition or business development.
- Strong ability to manage both direct-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) acquisition channels.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly driven to achieve sales targets.
