We are seeking a Regional Senior HR Manager to lead people strategy across Southeast Asia. The role calls for strong expertise in training & development, organizational development, and performance management. You will thrive in an unstructured environment, building HR processes from the ground up while acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and enabling scalable growth. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and scale HR policies, systems, and frameworks across regional operations. Lead learning & development strategy, designing training programs that enhance leadership, technical, and functional capabilities. Build career pathways, succession planning, and talent development initiatives to ensure sustainable leadership pipelines. Develop and institutionalize performance management frameworks that drive accountability and reward high performance. Partner with leadership on organizational development, cultural integration, and change management initiatives. Establish employee engagement strategies, ensuring retention, inclusivity, and alignment with company values. Monitor HR metrics, workforce analytics, and talent KPIs to measure impact and recommend strategic actions. Serve as the key HR business partner to senior management, providing coaching, advisory, and thought leadership. Ensure compliance with regional employment regulations while creating policies fit for scale and growth. Key Qualifications 8–12 years of HR leadership experience, with regional exposure in Asia. Proven expertise in training & development, organizational development, and performance management. Demonstrated success in building HR structures, frameworks, and policies in unstructured or growth-stage environments. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, comfortable advising senior leadership. Experience driving change management, cultural transformation, and engagement initiatives.
