**As the Senior HR Manager**

As the Senior HR Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of HR strategies that support the scaling of our global organization. You'll lead the charge in crafting policies and procedures that ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance across all territories. This role requires a strategic thinker able to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop HR strategies and practices for a globally scaling organization
- ensuring all local legislation is adhered to.
- Act as a senior HR advisor to the management team, providing strategic and practical advice to optimize organizational structure and staffing.
- Promote professional development of the organization by developing performance management strategies and training.
- Encourage and strengthen organizational culture by collaborating with internal managers and advocating for good people practices to take place.
- Support leaders and people managers across the organization to effectively manage their team
- provide effective solutions for leadership development.
- Develop workforce management strategies that help structure teams and help align with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of specialists for day to day HR services and further develop an effective business partnership model that meets internal stakeholder expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience within a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to HR management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with all levels of the organization and its international branches.
- Experience in nurturing a motivational workplace culture that upholds the company’s values and mission.

**Nice to have**:

- Previous experience in financial services, in a trading or investment banking environment.
- Familiarity with managing organizational growth and establishing HR frameworks in a globally distributed company.
