Collaborate on the development of tailored compensation solutions Provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance through effective rewards strategies Broad Based Compensation Participate in group-level projects across various areas of rewards, including: Performance Management : Support the development and enhancement of performance evaluation processes that align with compensation. Allowances : Review and optimize allowances to ensure fairness and competitiveness. Annual Remuneration Cycle : Assist in the execution of the annual remuneration cycle, including salary reviews and adjustments. Market Salary Benchmarking : Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive and equitable. Compensation Systems Gain hands-on experience with compensation management systems, including their functionality and capabilities. Evaluate existing compensation systems, identifying opportunities for enhancements to drive operational efficiency and improve user experience. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement system improvements and ensure seamless integration with HR processes. Benefits Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits policies that reflect industry best practices and meet the needs of our diverse workforce. Review and enhance existing benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with employee expectations. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to optimize benefits offerings and drive employee engagement Requirement Degree with min 3 years of experience with proven technical knowledge and experience specializing in implementation of Rewards programs Confident in dealing with stakeholders such as senior business stakeholders Expert in Advanced Excel and able to handle large volume of data in the most efficient manner. Able to work within a matrix environment Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet timelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
