This position will be part of the Compensation and Benefits team, supporting the Group’s rewards programs by reviewing and implementing compensation and benefit programs in accordance with company philosophy, statutory requirements, and regulations to ensure competitiveness.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Senior Management with data analysis related to rewards programs.
  • Lead the review and recalibration cycles for salary, bonus, and share plans.
  • Coordinate with Country HRs and external vendors for insurance renewals and benefits review.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to ensure report accuracy for presentation to the ERCC of the MIPL Group and NRC of the Mapletree REITs.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate accounting provisions, salary budget accruals, and financial disclosures, including tax and incentive amortization methodologies.
  • Ensure survey participation and advise HR Business Partners on cost center allocation, salary budgets, and manpower costs.
  • Lead ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource, Finance, or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or compensation & benefits role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software; experience with EVA compensation model and share plans is necessary.
  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mature, responsible, and proactive.
  • Ability to contribute individually and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Experience in benefits review and insurance renewals is an advantage.
