Source candidates through various channels including job portals (e.g. MyCareersFuture, JobStreet), LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting. Collaborate with local and overseas universities and institutions to develop talent pipelines through internships, graduate placements, and campus engagement initiatives. Support employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice in the construction industry. Qualifications Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field. Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or built environment sector.
