Assistant Human Resources and Finance Manager Location: Bedok, Singapore Remuneration Package : $5,000 – $6,500 + Attractive Bonuses Reports To: Regional HR & Finance Manager (HK) About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and hands‑on Assistant HR & Accounts Manager to support our Singapore operations. The ideal candidate will oversee HR and part of Finance functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interviews. Manage payroll and employee benefits administration in compliance with local regulations. Provide HR advisory and handle employee relations and performance management. Ensure HR compliance and manage government-related matters (e.g., work passes). Lead finance team in accounting, reporting, budgeting, and taxation matters. Coordinate with the regional office for finance and accounting activities. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and finance, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food services. Proficient in Microsoft Office & strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and financial regulations.
