Human Resources Manager Location: Singapore Tuas Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and hands‑on Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations in Singapore. You will play a key role in supporting our people strategy, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and building a positive, performance‑driven workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee full HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and performance management . Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for both local and foreign employees. Handle all MOM-related applications (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) and ensure legal compliance. Administer monthly payroll , CPF contributions, IR8A/IR21 filings, and employee benefits. Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Support employee relations , grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Drive training and development initiatives to enhance staff capabilities. Prepare HR reports and assist management in workforce planning and budgeting. Foster a positive and engaging work environment aligned with company values. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field . Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience , including supervisory or managerial role. Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act , MOM regulations , and HR best practices . Proficient in HRMS / payroll systems (e.g., Info-Tech, Talenox, QuickHR, Payboy). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude. Able to work independently, multitask, and handle confidential information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
