As the Executive, Human Resource, you are responsible to manage payroll processing and HR operations. You should have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, HR policies, and possess excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and providing exceptional HR support. Manage onboarding logistics, including the assembly of welcome kits and arrangement of office access. Administer employee benefits programs and manage enrolment processes. Process and issue official employee documents upon request, including employment verification, reference, and visa support letters. Support HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel file management. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Generate HR reports and analytics and research to provide insights to HR management. Assist in recruitment processes including job posting and candidate sourcing. Administer the company’s leave management system, including processing requests and handling all related employee inquiries. Provide administrative support for all employee insurance matters, including claims and policy renewals. Any other tasks as assigned by Assistant Manager, Human Resource. Job Requirement Diploma in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations, preferably in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in data entry and calculations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
