The successful candidate may have a focus in supporting HR operations under either the faculty or research portfolio.**Key Responsibilities****HR Operations Support*** Respond to employee inquiries and provide advisory support on HR policies and procedures* Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative processes for faculty and research staff* Manage administrative processes for contract renewals in coordination with stakeholders* Ensure accuracy of HR data and support preparation of reports for decision-making* Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and institutional policies**2. Recruitment Administration*** Support end-to-end recruitment processes for full-time and contingent roles* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services to ensure timely hiring* Liaise with external recruitment agencies and manage vendor coordination**3. Performance Management*** Assist HRBPs during performance management cycles by tracking timelines and consolidating data* Guide People Managers on performance tools and practices* Ensure smooth execution of appraisal processes across designated business unit(s)**4. HR Projects & Engagement*** Collaborate with HRBPs and Centres of Excellence on HR initiatives, including policy reviews and process improvements**Qualifications*** Degree with at least 3 years of experience in human resources administration field.
