Ling Kwang Home is a nursing home with 350 beds that aims to provide the elderly with an integrated and holistic healthcare service guided by Christian principles. Established in December 1983, the Home provides 24-hour nursing care, rehabilitative services and pastoral care to the aged sick and needy. Using an integrated and holistic approach, the Home endeavours to attend to the physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the seniors under the Home's care. Apart from nursing home services, there is also a Day Care Centre on-site. ROLE DESCRIPTION Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Offboarding Lead and engage in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection) Coordinate with hiring departments to forecast staffing needs and fill manpower gaps on a timely manner Manage local and foreign hiring processes, including liaison with agencies Ensure MOH, AIC, MOM and other agencies on compliance for Work Pass applications and renewals etc. Design and execute structured onboarding programs Oversee orientation planning/programs and assimilation processes to enhance early employee engagement and retention Prepare onboarding packs (contracts, uniforms, briefings) Conduct and document exit interviews Manage clearance forms, final salary input, and feedback loops Oversee termination of employment, handle grievances and disciplinary matters with fairness, discretion, and empathy Other related work that may be assigned from time to time HR Systems, Metrics, Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data integrity across HR operations Maintain dashboards for headcount, training hours, hiring metrics, turnover, and attrition, retention indicators to Leadership, HR Committee and Executive Committee Ensure compliance with AIC, MOH, and MOM manpower standards Support internal audits with documentation and data Other related work that may be assigned from time to time Ensure salary structures are competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with AIC/NCSS benchmarks. Oversee staff claims, and administration of benefits. Work with Head of Human Resource and CEO on the recommendation of annual increment and bonus frameworks based on performance outcomes and budget considerations.
