
Human Resource Administrator

Job Description
- Assist with recruitment efforts, such as placing job ads, arranging interviews and related administrative processes
- Work closely with the authorities and ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures in Singapore
- Keep, maintain, and update personal files/records of employees, increment and renewal of employment contracts
- Implement/manage HR software
- Liaise with external parties on ISO, insurance renewal or application related matters
- Prepare and print documents for the operation
- Be involved in government grant processes
- Partner with HR team members to implement solutions and help scale the business
- Update databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Be involved in MOM applications and duties
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource or Administrative role
- Possess a Diploma in a relevant field
- Be a team player
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment/onsite
- Able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
