Our client is seeking a Property Officer to join their team What you'll be doing?

Supervise maintenance works : Oversee repair and routine maintenance activities carried out by contractors, ensuring they meet contractual standards and specifications.

Manage maintenance schedules : Coordinate and monitor breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities to maintain optimal property conditions.

Conduct property inspections : Regularly assess common areas to ensure they meet required standards and recommend necessary improvements.

Certify completed work : Evaluate and approve contractor jobs, making informed recommendations for payment.

Coordinate with consultants : Collaborate with professional consultants on maintenance matters and secure necessary licenses and certificates from relevant authorities.

Troubleshoot issues : Investigate and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to prevent future occurrences and improve overall property performance.

Support team objectives : Contribute to other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager to support overall team goals.

Who are they looking for?

Educational background : Diploma in Facilities Management Services, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, Engineering, or related fields. ITE graduates with relevant township experience are also welcome to apply.

Experience : At least 1 year of relevant experience in property management or a similar field.

Teamwork and communication : Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Technical skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage documentation and reports efficiently.
