Assistant Director, Non-Monetary Rewards Programme Management Lead (1-year contract)

Join us at the Health Promotion Board as the Assistant Director, Non-Monetary Rewards Programme Management Lead for a 1-year contract.

About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference? Be part of our team in the Preventive Health Programmes & Rewards Division , Rewards Department, to optimize rewards for positive behavioral outcomes aligning with our vision of "A Nation of Healthy People".

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Policy Development: Lead the formulation and review of policies and frameworks to promote behavioral change through Non-Monetary Rewards (NMR). Engage stakeholders, provide strategic counsel, and shape organizational direction.
  • Programme Strategy & Innovation: Develop long-term NMR capability roadmaps, oversee multiple programmes, pilot initiatives, and scale proven concepts. Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and develop monitoring frameworks.
  • Capability Building: Design and implement development programmes for team members to enhance their skills in developing, implementing, and evaluating NMR initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in NMR, gaming industries, or related fields such as Behavioral Insights, Data Analytics, etc.
  • Proven track record in policy development, strategic planning, and managing transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex initiatives.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role.

This is a 1-year contract position. Seniority level is Mid-Senior, full-time employment in the Wellness and Fitness Services industry.
