**Job Description**:
The role is responsible for the outreach, planning and successful delivery of programmes and assessments in WMI.

The Programme Manager assists with outreach, works with clients, participants and trainers to schedule, plan and successfully deliver WMI programmes.
- Execute outreach plans, respond to enquiries and convert leads on programmes
- Provide clients and participants all required information before, during and after the programme. Includes and not limited to funding and certification eligibility, pre-admission/attendance/assessment criteria, pre-class work(online learning or pre-reading materials) etc.
- Work with clients and faculty to schedule the training and ensure pre-programme activities are completed such as venue & catering, online learning is activated, learning technology platforms are enabled and verify participants details are accurate for enrolment and certification.
- Oversee the programme to ensure trainers’ or participants’ needs are met and ensure smooth face-to-face or virtual delivery.
- Articulate relevant knowledge of programmes, admissions, certification and funding criteria to form the first point of contact for clients, trainers and participants.
- Constantly seek ways to improve learning experience of participants and achieve strong programme ratings.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Education and Certification Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline from a recognised Higher Institution

**Experience**:

- 4 to 6 years of total working experience, half of which being direct experience in managing, organising or running training programmes or events.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Exhibit positive attitude and high energy to drive outreach, programme, client and service excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and EQ, well-groomed, pleasant disposition and able to communicate confidently in verbal and written form.
- Able to multi-task while remaining meticulous with a good eye for details, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Able to oversee, plan, organise and deliver programmes with little or no supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word), Zoom and Teams, and able to handle technology with ease
- Must be a team player
- May need to work late or weekends during programme days (if necessary)
- Situational awareness with strong interpersonal skills
