Programme Manager

The Programme Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and reviewing programme activities in line with the Foundation's goals. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in programme coordination or management, or relevant experience in this field. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
This role involves cultivating and managing relationships with programme partners, funders and community stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication across all stakeholder groups. The Programme Manager will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive reports, presentations and impact statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate programme activities in alignment with the Foundation's goals
- Monitor programme progress against milestones and KPIs, anticipating and resolving issues proactively
- Cultivate and manage relationships with programme partners, funders and community stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations and impact statements for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage logistics, procurement, documentation and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in programme coordination or management, or relevant experience in this field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
