Job Title

Assistant Director, Non-Monetary Rewards Programme Management Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Non-Monetary Rewards (NMR) programme management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in policy development, strategic planning, and managing transformation projects.

S/he will lead the formulation and review of policies and frameworks to promote behavioral change through NMR.

Hired for this role will be expected to develop long-term NMR capability roadmaps, oversee multiple programmes, pilot initiatives, and scale proven concepts.

The successful candidate will also design and implement development programmes for team members to enhance their skills in developing, implementing, and evaluating NMR initiatives.

Requirements
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in NMR, gaming industries, or related fields such as Behavioral Insights, Data Analytics, etc.
  • Proven track record in policy development, strategic planning, and managing transformation projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex initiatives.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role.
Working Conditions

This is a 1-year contract position. Seniority level is Mid-Senior, full-time employment in the Wellness and Fitness Services industry.
