Change Management Lead

Drive transformative change initiatives within the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and its service partners by implementing effective change management strategies.

This mid-senior level position requires a strong understanding of change management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in leading change initiatives, particularly in large-scale IT systems with diverse user groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new systems;
  • Craft differentiated approaches for specific domains where applicable;
  • Coordinate targeted communication efforts to engage diverse audiences and build support for change;
  • Design training programs and collaborate with commercial teams to support users in transitioning to new systems or features;
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, reporting outcomes to senior leadership as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives;
  • Professional certification in change management, such as Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Management Practitioner;
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple change management tracks simultaneously.
