Transformational Change Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive organisational transformation by leading and managing end-to-end project execution, including scope definition and implementation.
  • Create and evaluate business case models and success measurement frameworks.
  • Design and implement operating model transformations to enhance change management initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Develop comprehensive communication strategies and stakeholder engagement frameworks to facilitate information gathering sessions through workshops, interviews, and focus group discussions.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments and impact analyses to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder management and training strategies to build organisational capabilities.

Organisational Development:

  • Establish and maintain change management tools and methodologies to support organisational development.
  • Build change management capabilities across the organisation through coaching and knowledge transfer.
  • Mentor and guide junior members in developing their skills and expertise.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in strategy, corporate development or change management within large matrix organisations.
  • Strategy or management consulting experience is advantageous.
  • Healthcare sector knowledge and/or start-up experience is beneficial.
  • Strong expertise in operating model strategy and business case development.
  • Demonstrated ability in structured thinking and complex problem-solving.
  • Outstanding project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong influencing abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in coaching and staff development.
