5 Working Days & working hours 8am to 6pm (Mon - Thus) 8am to 5pm (Friday) Salary: $2,800 to $3,200/month Work Location: 21 Pandan Avenue (Clementi-West Coast) Benefit: Medical Benefit $300/year Employee Discount CNY Goodies pack/year Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. Develop account strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account potential. Prepare regular account reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management and clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet client needs (maximize product availability & minimize OOS in trade). Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities. Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Provide feedback and insights to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in sales, account management, or a related field (experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage). Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in English and Chinese. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good attention to detail. Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Possess good knowledge of Microsoft office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
