We have around 10,000 sales people worldwide across areas including Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. About the role We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to join our team and elevate our business. Reporting to the Head of Pharmacy, you will identify growth opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and deliver outstanding results in collaboration with customers and local distributors. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic account plans for key customers, aligned with overall company objectives. Drive performance against KPIs, including sales targets, MSL, SOS, and display compliance. Collaborate with Trade Marketing to develop category plans and ensure best-in-class 4P execution. Partner with Demand Planning to meet or exceed customer service level expectations. Manage trade spend effectively to achieve net revenue targets and prevent overspending. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Trade Marketing, Medical Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain. Lead trading terms negotiations with key accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts. Analyze market trends and provide regular insights into the competitive landscape. Monitor account performance and address gaps or issues proactively. Ensure full compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years’ experience in key account management, preferably within OTC or FMCG; experience in Convenience Channel or Western Pharmacy is a plus Exposure to Category Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing is an advantage Strong commercial acumen with strategic and analytical capabilities Proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset Adaptable and agile in fast-paced, evolving environments Tenacious and resilient, with a strong drive to overcome challenges Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills across internal teams and external partners Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable plans Skills for success Sales Targets Product Knowledge Customer Relationships Product Presentations Market Analysis Compliance Territory Management Training and Development Sales Reporting Collaboration What we offer With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, we support our people through Employee Resource Groups and wellbeing programs.
