Overview Key Account Executive – The Happiest Clam Pte Ltd Location: Singapore (Head Office & Retail: Chinatown) Industry: Premium Seafood (B2B & Retail) Employment Type: Full-Time About The Happiest Clam: We are a premium seafood company specializing in live geoduck clams and pre-packed sea urchins , sustainably harvested from the pristine ocean waters of Alaska, Pacific Northwest-USA, and Canada . Our mission is to bring the ocean’s finest to top-tier restaurants, hotels, caterers, and distributors across Singapore and the region. Role Summary As a Key Account Executive , you will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with our HORECA partners (hotels, restaurants, caterers) and other B2B clients. You will help grow our footprint in the foodservice industry by driving sales of our premium seafood offerings and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in the HORECA and foodservice sector. Generate new B2B leads (restaurants, hotels, premium grocers, aviation catering firms such as SATS). Present product range (live geoduck clams, pre-packed sea urchins) to chefs, F&B managers, procurement officers, etc. Manage sales pipeline, conduct negotiations, and close sales deals. Develop and execute account plans and promotional strategies for major clients. Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely and quality delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Maintain strong relationships and provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report KPIs to management. Represent the brand at trade shows, culinary events, and tastings where applicable. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management in F&B, foodservice, or FMCG sector. Strong existing network in the HORECA sector preferred. Good understanding of premium and perishable food products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, resourceful, and result oriented. Able to work independently and as part of a growing team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents preferred.
