Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate on the development of tailored compensation solutions
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance through effective rewards strategies
Broad Based Compensation

Participate in group-level projects across various areas of rewards, including:

  • Performance Management : Support the development and enhancement of performance evaluation processes that align with compensation.
  • Allowances : Review and optimize allowances to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Annual Remuneration Cycle : Assist in the execution of the annual remuneration cycle, including salary reviews and adjustments.
  • Market Salary Benchmarking : Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive and equitable.
Compensation Systems
  • Gain hands-on experience with compensation management systems, including their functionality and capabilities.
  • Evaluate existing compensation systems, identifying opportunities for enhancements to drive operational efficiency and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement system improvements and ensure seamless integration with HR processes.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits policies that reflect industry best practices and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Review and enhance existing benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with employee expectations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to optimize benefits offerings and drive employee engagement
Requirement
  • A relevant Degree with post graduate C&B qualifications. 6 to >10 years of experience with proven technical knowledge and experience specializing in implementation of Rewards programs
  • Confident in dealing with stakeholders such as senior business stakeholders
  • Expert in Advanced Excel and able to handle large volume of data in the most efficient manner.
  • Able to work within a matrix environment
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet timelines.
