Overview

As a Compensation & Benefits Manager at GoDaddy, your role will be crucial in supporting the company\'s rapid growth primarily in India, while also having a wider scope across APAC & Middle East. Reporting to the Director Compensation & Benefits, you will collaborate closely with Global HR Business Partners, local business leaders, and HR & Operations teams to ensure the effective design, delivery, and communication of Compensation & Benefit programs.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to changing business needs.
  • Design and implement compliant country-specific compensation & benefit plans.
  • Develop customized competitive offerings unique to India.
  • Craft evidence-based business cases.
  • Execute regular compensation cycles.
  • Drive Benefits services in the region.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a dedicated compensation & benefits role within an international reward team.
  • Ability to respond quickly to multiple initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excel skills (advanced).
  • Customer service-oriented focus.
  • Experience in supporting C&B in other countries such as Australia & Singapore would be advantageous.
