Overview
As a Compensation & Benefits Manager at GoDaddy, your role will be crucial in supporting the company\'s rapid growth primarily in India, while also having a wider scope across APAC & Middle East. Reporting to the Director Compensation & Benefits, you will collaborate closely with Global HR Business Partners, local business leaders, and HR & Operations teams to ensure the effective design, delivery, and communication of Compensation & Benefit programs.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to changing business needs.
- Design and implement compliant country-specific compensation & benefit plans.
- Develop customized competitive offerings unique to India.
- Craft evidence-based business cases.
- Execute regular compensation cycles.
- Drive Benefits services in the region.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a dedicated compensation & benefits role within an international reward team.
- Ability to respond quickly to multiple initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excel skills (advanced).
- Customer service-oriented focus.
- Experience in supporting C&B in other countries such as Australia & Singapore would be advantageous.
