About the Role We are looking for a driven, strategic, and relentless sales leader to join our fast‑moving, high‑impact team. As a Sales Director , you will play a pivotal role in expanding SimplifyNext’s footprint in the Singapore Market . You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new opportunities with named accounts while deepening relationships with existing clients. Your responsibilities include: Win new business by identifying, engaging, and securing new accounts, driving revenue growth. Lead consultative selling through understanding client challenges and aligning our technology services to their needs. Create comprehensive client business plans to build a stable, growing pipeline of current and future opportunities. Collaboratively work with internal teams and technology partners to position solutions and close deals. Lead business negotiations for contracts focusing on win‑win outcomes. Help define the GTM plan for the Singapore Market. Track and manage the entire sales process and account management activities with support from pre‑sales architect and project managers. Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications 5 – 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in technology or consulting services. Proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts in Singapore. Strong network and relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders within the Singapore Market. Ability to drive complex sales cycles and position value‑based solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
