Sales Director – IT Sales (IGT Solutions) IGT Solutions is looking for a Sales Director – IT Sales. The position is based out of Singapore and reports to the Vice President. The role is responsible for new logo acquisition hunting and driving new business acquisitions to achieve business goals in the IT domain. Primary Job Responsibilities Primarily drives new customer acquisition through existing knowledge, experience, and industry network. Drives the entire sales process; leads and assigns team responsibilities for opportunity qualification and development, solution architecting, RFP/RFI proposal development, and customer reviews, negotiations and deal closing. Sets out the GTM and executes it with the support of company resources including marketing campaigns, demand generation, industry experts, sourcing advisors, and account acquisition plans. Accomplishes the organization’s goals and objectives for the chosen vertical. Education and Essential Experience 10–15 years of experience in BPO/CX sales (new business development) at a leadership level. Sales experience with a proven track record in BPO/CX services sales. Deep knowledge, experience, and understanding of the IT domain. Key Enablers Ability to motivate and inspire teams. Innovative and able to foresee market conditions. Excellent people manager, open to direction and a collaborative work style, and committed to getting the job done. Persuasive with details and facts. Confident, flexible with the ability to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment. Shows integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility, and delivering on the promise. Extrovert with a blend of sales mindset.
