JOB OBJECTIVE Representing Dusit Hotels & Resorts in Singapore and supporting the company’s commercial goals by driving sales across the corporate, MICE, wholesale, and luxury leisure segments. The role is responsible for developing strategic business plans, managing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within the Singapore market. The Director of Sales will work in close alignment with Dusit’s global sales and marketing strategies and act as a brand ambassador in the market. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the Singapore market in alignment with Dusit’s commercial priorities. In addition to Singapore as the primary market, also support Malaysia and Indonesia as secondary markets. Generate Corporate, MICE, and luxury leisure leads and converts them into revenue for Dusit Hotels & Resorts. Represent Dusit in sales activities including client meetings, site inspections, roadshows, exhibitions, and trade shows. Build strong relationships with key accounts, including corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, MICE/event planners, and consortia. Provide monthly market intelligence and competitive analysis reports. Maintain regular communication with the Corporate Director of Global Sales & MICE / Corporate and other relevant internal stakeholders. Promote up-selling and cross-selling of Dusit properties and offerings. Coordinate and co-host client engagement events, such as networking lunches, dinners, and familiarization trips. Ensure compliance with Dusit brand standards, policies, and ethical practices. Submit accurate and timely sales reports, activity updates, and account production tracking. Maintain a working knowledge of Dusit’s offerings and ensure all key trade partners are updated with current promotions and product knowledge. Support corporate campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives in-market. REPORT LINES & COMMUNICATIONS Reports to Corporate Director of Global Sales & MICE/Corporate Interacts with clients, guests, prospect clients, superiors and colleagues to promote Dusit International hotels and resorts JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality representation, with a focus on corporate, MICE, and agency business. Proven track record of revenue generation and market development in Singapore. Prior experience working in or with a Global Sales Office (GSO) or hotel representation company is highly desirable. Strong client network and business relationships within the Singapore travel trade and corporate market. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools and hospitality sales systems. Fluent in English (additional language skills a plus). OTHERS Continuous learning through own IDP.
