Head of Sales / Sales Director – Global MarTech Consultancy

Our client, a leading global marketing technology consultancy , is seeking a highly driven Head of Sales / Sales Director to spearhead business growth across APAC. This role is ideal for a proven revenue leader who thrives on winning new clients, securing logos, and scaling high-performing sales teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead regional new business acquisition, driving net-new revenue across APAC
  • Build, coach, and inspire a high-impact sales team to exceed targets
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to engage enterprise clients
  • Establish strong C-level client relationships and position the consultancy as a trusted MarTech partner
  • Partner with delivery and consulting teams to shape proposals and pitches that deliver impact
  • Report on sales performance and continually refine commercial strategy
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in driving new business, client acquisition, and revenue growth in the MarTech or digital transformation space
  • Deep understanding of MarTech and CX platforms such as Braze, Tealium, Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Tableau, and similar tools
  • A natural hunter profile with the ability to open doors and land major enterprise logos
  • Experienced team manager who can both coach individuals and scale a regional sales function
  • Strong strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
  • Based in Singapore, with a regional remit across APAC
