
HR and Training Coordinator

- The HR and Training Coordinator role at our consulting firm based in Patpargunj, Delhi offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our HR operations and employee development initiatives. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions and coordinating both internal and client-facing training programs in our dynamic and people-centric environment.Your key responsibilities will include supporting end-to-end recruitment processes such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments. You will also play a vital role in managing onboarding and induction processes for new joiners to ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, handling documentation, and supporting employee engagement and wellness initiatives will be part of your daily tasks.In terms of learning and development, you will be responsible for coordinating technical and soft skills training for internal teams, managing logistics for external certifications, workshops, and leadership development programs, and tracking training effectiveness through feedback and participation data. Your role will also involve assisting in curating learning content, organizing knowledge-sharing sessions, webinars, and internal upskilling events, as well as maintaining training calendars, attendance, and development records.To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in HR coordination and/or learning & development, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems will be essential. Experience with tools like Notion, Zoho, Keka, or similar platforms will be advantageous.
