About the Role/ The Opportunity: The role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising field and partner marketing initiatives to generate leads, drive brand awareness and support sales objectives. As a field and partner marketing manager, you will be entrepreneurial in style with a hands-on approach and have a strong track-record in generating demand, both direct and through partners. You will have close alignment with the sales and SDR’s across the region and within the partner organisation and be able to collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders to achieve all goals together. You will have experience building high impact field and partner marketing programs and making data driven decisions that contribute to pipeline and revenue goals. What You’ll Do: Develop the demand generation, multi-channel marketing plan, encompassing field and partner programs, aligned to the regional GTM, with a focus on ABM Deliver the pipeline required to meet the revenue targets for Asia in partnership with key business partners to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support Align with the partner organisation in line with the regional GTM and integrate program partners into the marketing plan that provides mutual business value and enables leverage and scale in your overall regional marketing plan Scale across both the region in English language, finding ways in which to communicate and leverage similar campaigns methods to grow all metrics of the numbers for the funnel Manage the regional budget, ensuring all details are completed for finance and management to be always visible Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program, experience and results What You Need to Succeed Prior Partner/Channel Marketing experience in Vertical and/or SaaS Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs leveraging intent and ABM Experience in B2B technology, digital/inbound marketing account-based marketing and content marketing An understanding of marketing automation, web content management, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools) Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets and a team player with cross-functional project leadership skills Possess a drive for excellence in execution and project management, achieving results by taking initiative, setting challenging goals, and holding people accountable.  A history of high competency in budget management Setting and executing against a GTM strategy that delivers quality pipeline and achieves the marketing contribution to the overall sales pipeline Excellent communication with all internal stakeholders who are well informed and can input in a timely and consistent manner on plans, activities, forecasted performance, actual results and return on investment
