Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing relationships with trade associations, government entities, and media organizations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the event's success by orchestrating PR activities, securing high-profile speakers, and attracting VIP guests. Additionally, the Partner Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and leverage company resources to maximize the event's impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade associations, government agencies, and key strategic partnerships that enhance the event’s profile and reach. Media Relations: Manage media relations, including negotiating barter deals and securing media partnerships.Develop and execute comprehensive media plans to drive event awareness and coverage. PR and Events Planning: Plan and execute PR events to promote the event and engage the target compelling press releases and coordinate with media outlets to ensure optimal coverage. Speaker and VIP Acquisition: Source and secure high-profile speakers who are leaders and innovators in the targeted sectors.Attract and manage VIP guests, ensuring they have a seamless and engaging experience at the event. Collaboration and Internal Coordination: Work closely with other events and teams within the company to align strategies and leverage internal resources.Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive event execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing, media relations, or event management. Strong network within the tech, energy, mobility or AI sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in planning and executing PR events and securing high-profile speakers. Language requirement: English and Mandarin, with Cantonese as a plus.
