Mission: Use data, drive strategic initiatives, and implement processes to drive operational excellence within the APAC Sales & Marketing teams to improve the customer experience, accelerate growth, and increase profitability.

The Job: 

Work closely with the APAC GM to execute well in two areas:

Strategy: Lead planning and strategic initiatives that transform our business Operations: Build systems that reliably improve customer experience, accelerate growth, and increase profitability 

Experience

3+ years in management consulting Top tier firms preferred (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) 2+ years of experience in analytics, go-to-market / revenue / sales / marketing / customer success / service operations, product mgmt, or product analytics Experience with B2B business models at tech companies Experience developing and implementing go-to-market strategy Experience influencing C-level executives STEM degree (Engineering, Economics, Operations, Math) preferred MBA preferred Japanese OR Chinese fluency preferred Experience with hardware is a plus

Bonus Skills:

Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies Experience in rapidly-growing startup environments

Location Requirements

Work from Singapore office Excited to travel around Asia 10+ times a year
