Job Description of Head of Product
We are looking for a Head of Product to take our products and services to the next level. You will be working closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Client Success and Business Development to create products, features and services that will have real impact in advancing digital mental health in Asia.
Responsibilities:
The Head of Product will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap. This role requires a visionary leader who can align cross-functional teams, manage product lifecycles, and ensure our offerings meet market demands and customer needs. This is an end-to-end role where you will define the product roadmap and oversee our full suite of Products: ThoughtFullChat, ThoughtFull Pro, ThoughtFull Insights and internal tools. In this role, you can expect to:
- Explore ideas that will shape the lives of those in the ThoughtFull mental health ecosystem, whether it’s end users, mental health professionals, partners or clients
- Set strategic direction and manage resources including people and budget to achieve company goals
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designer
- Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders such as Engineering, Design, Clinical, Business Development, Client Success and external Partners to define and understand their priorities and product needs
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Min 5-7 years of Product Management experience
- Have led the end-to-end execution of impactful mobile-based products/services
- Have been in team leadership roles
- Able to align product vision with overall business objectives
- Able to maintain high performance in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a “roll up your sleeves” mindset to get the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
