Our Executive Education department is searching for an Associate Director Corporate Partnerships to join the Corporate Partnerships Team for APAC. This is a full-time and permanent role and based at our Singapore campus in One-North.

Reporting to the Senior Director Corporate Partnerships, the successful candidate will be responsible for growing the revenue of the portfolio by winning new accounts and managing large existing accounts under the APAC region. The Associate Director will also take an active lead in supervising the entire end to end sales and business development process, and at the same time, mentor the Client Manager in the same team. In addition, they will also manage both clients and portfolios for APAC. As our programmes are complex products that require a consultative approach to both understand the needs of our clients and to tailor suitable packages, it will require somebody skilled at developing relationships and a strong background in “solution selling”.

Main Accountabilities

Contribute to building on-going relationships with global companies through various marketing and business development activities Take a pro-active lead in managing existing clients and programmes within the assigned portfolio of programmes; qualify incoming leads and build prospective companies to increase the number of client leads Effectively partner with clients & advise on best programmes and products; while communicating with Faculty and Operations team regarding aspects of client delivery Oversee the administrative and contractual aspects of Customised Programmes (CSPs), some of which are highly complex contracts which require attention to detail Support the sales process for new business by contributing to proposal preparation and contribute to the growth of the region, including management of loyalty Open Enrollment Programmes (OEPs) accounts and identify new growth opportunities for existing clients Contribute to the sales process, by driving roll-over contracts with existing clients, and this includes the proposal writing process and responding to RFPs Increase client satisfaction by ensuring and continuously improving programme quality  Contribute to the APAC and global team sharing and manage specific projects Work with the Online and OEP team to ensure large bookings via HR group OEP relationships

The ideal candidate should meet the following skills and requirements:

Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA is preferred An experienced sales professional with at least 10 to 15 years of B2B consultative sales experience, with a proven track record of high level account management, and the ability to develop strong proposals for clients and with extensive experience conducting business in the region ; those with experience in dealing with CHROs, L&D Leads will be a plus Passionate in people development in the Executive Education space Be fluent in English; those who are fluent in either Japanese, Korean, Thai or Mandarin will be a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills Self-driven with a high level of autonomy and a team player simultaneously Ability to work under pressure and set priorities Have a strong customer service mindset, with ability to develop service-oriented approaches to problem solving and when attending to clients’ requests Communicate with diplomacy and sensitivity to diverse cultural background Familiar with Salesforce or similar tools and Proficient in MS Office Travel will form a part of this role so you must be able to travel approximately 15% of your time or more
