Changi Airport Group leverages a host of social media channels – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, TikTok, X, and YouTube – to engage audiences and turn them into loyal advocates and customers of Changi Airport Our in-house social media team takes pride in crafting compelling content that showcases what’s new at Changi Airport, including its retail and dining offerings, as well as attractions, that make Changi loved by travellers worldwide.
Our preferred candidate should be:
Creative : Enjoys content creation and storytelling. Passionate : Keen on following the latest social media developments. Curious : Always on the prowl for interesting story angles. Current : Well-informed about pop culture, entertainment trends, and evolving social media channels. Self-Motivated : Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Driven : Capable of multi-tasking. Results-focused : Pursues quality and excellence. Resourceful : Quick and solution-oriented.Your Responsibilities:
Content Planning : Manage Changi Airport’s Facebook and TikTok channels. Content Creation : Develop engaging social content that makes the Changi brand stand out. Community Management: Plan and organise online/ offline activities to engage Changi’s fans. Campaign Management : Run social media marketing campaigns to drive business outcomes. Stakeholder Liaison : Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units to support and achieve business objectives.What You’ll Gain:

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years’ work experience. Strong understanding of social media channels, preferably Facebook and TikTok. Preferably proficient in using a DSLR for photography and videography. Skilled in editing programmes like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects), Keynote, Final Cut Pro, and iMovie. Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills. Good grasp of how digital and social media platforms work. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
