Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for supporting your team in delivering our core service areas in Consultancy, Strategy, and Engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Liaison and Communication
You will be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Content Planning and CreationYou will be responsible for monthly content planning, writing content briefs with the local team for our client's social media channels, and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Community Engagement and ManagementYou will manage and engage with our online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Social Media Calendar and SchedulingYou will plan and schedule posts on native platforms and social media management tools provided, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Performance Tracking and ReportingYou will track and analyze social media post performance, writing relevant monthly and quarterly reports on posts and channel health.
Client Strategy and DevelopmentYou will work closely with the Account Director to develop strategies that align with the client's overall business objectives.
Team Collaboration and SupportYou will work with the wider team to ensure all content created is of the highest standards, and provide support to the Account Director on the day-to-day delivery of output.
Meeting and Briefing PreparationYou will attend briefings and meetings both internally and with external stakeholders, preparing minutes and ensuring accurate records are kept.
Briefs and Timelines ManagementYou will prepare and manage briefs and timelines as needed, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Client Communication and FeedbackYou will respond promptly to clients' concerns, feedback, and requests, ensuring regular updates on the status of each project/campaign.
Content Review and Quality AssuranceYou will be meticulous and organized in content reviews and job filings, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Requirements- Agency Experience
You must have experience working in an agency environment, with a strong understanding of agency processes and operational functions.
Market KnowledgeKnowledge of the Philippines as a market is preferable, but not essential.
Stress Management and Time ManagementYou must be able to perform under stress to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of output.
Attention to Detail and OrganizationYou must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Writing, Proofreading, and Public SpeakingYou must be comfortable with writing, proofreading, and public speaking, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
