Opportunity Statement:
Ivalua has been rapidly growing in Asia, with offices in Singapore, India and Australia. To further accelerate growth in the region, Ivalua is hiring rapidly and seeking a Field Marketing Associate / Specialist - APAC. Reporting to the Senior Field Marketing Manager in Asia, you will drive end to end execution and coordination of marketing events and campaigns in the APAC region, ensuring they meet our demand generation and brand building objectives.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all end-to-end activities for Ivalua-hosted events and 3rd party events to ensure smooth execution and support to the events.Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including events venues and services.Coordinate the production of essential materials and collaterals for the various events and campaigns.Provide on-site support for marketing events locally and regionally as needed.Coordinate with internal Legal and Finance teams on marketing administration related activities.Provide support in collating information for reporting including ROI, pipeline, and campaign metrics.Support local partners on joint marketing programs.Coordinate with regional Field Marketing and local sales to execute and deliver integrated sales and marketing campaigns to generate leads, including measuring and reporting.Requirements:
At least 2-3 years’ marketing experience, preferably in Field Marketing. Enterprise Software preferred but not required.Fluent English language skills a must and a second Asian language competence is a plus.Experience working on events management and marketing campaigns from inception to completion.Good understanding of marketing automation capabilitiesAbility to build strong relationships with the Marketing Team (Global and Local), stakeholders and suppliers.Strong proficiency in MS Office suiteHubspot (or equivalent B2B marketing automation tool, e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Pardot) experience a plusStrong ability to work against organizational deadlines and KPIs.Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.Approximately 20% out-of-the-area and overnight travel should be expected.Education and Experience Requirements
