Position Overview:

As Sr. Field Marketing Manager APAC, you will contribute to market growth by developing, building, implementing, measuring, analyzing and optimizing the marketing plan for the region.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Field Marketing APAC, this role will be responsible for the development and execution of a robust field marketing plan. This includes crafting a comprehensive go-to-market plan with integrated activities including conferences and exhibitions, virtual events, webinars, digital campaigns, media & PR etc., to boost market awareness, deepen customer relationships, drive demand generation, and attract new customers to meet revenue targets. You will define and implement tailored marketing plans and budgets for the region, emphasizing customer loyalty, expanding solution offerings, and cultivating new business opportunities. The plan will leverage diverse marketing mix components, with a focus on measuring contributions to the sales funnel and ROI. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in field marketing, a proven record of success, and thrives in dynamic environments. 

Responsibilities:

Build and implement the demand strategy for market(s) in collaboration with Sales leadership. Own the regional marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Execute field marketing activities, monitor effectiveness, optimize strategies, and ensure clear communication between marketing and sales teams, Regularly report progress to stakeholders.  Collaborate closely with our channel partners to expand marketing reach and boost customer engagement, crucial for scaling our regional marketing strategy. Responsibilities include fostering market-to-partner communication and enablement, and jointly developing marketing plans. You will support execution with tailored campaign kits, unified messaging, and collateral development, all pivotal in driving effective co-marketing initiatives and achieving regional growth objectives.  Ensure optimal inbound lead quality and conversion rates by managing and maintaining the effectiveness of the lead funnel. Taking ownership of generating and nurturing leads through targeted field activities like events, roadshows, and campaigns. Collaborate closely with SDR and sales teams to qualify and progress leads seamlessly, ensuring alignment with business objectives throughout the sales pipeline.  Collaborate with Sales to identify customers willing to participate in testimonials, case studies, or references. Capture and share their success stories to advocate through marketing campaigns.  Collaborate with Global PR to scale PR efforts across APAC, aligning global strategies with regional PR landscapes to enhance brand presence and thought leadership.  Align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders, including sales, APAC and HQ. Ensure effective budget management to ensure maximum outcomes and desired results within the allocated budget  Ensure region ROI governance & best practice sharing

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of B2B Field Marketing experience in the technology sector, preferably within the public sector, with expertise in complex B2B sales and marketing processes. Hands-on experience with a proven track record in developing and executing demand generation campaigns, programs, events, and tradeshows that drive MQL and pipeline growth, including expertise in webinar and virtual event platforms like On24, Zoom Webinars, Microsoft Teams Live Events  Possess strong business acumen in the Public Sector with a sales-focused mindset, adept at understanding market dynamics and customer challenges.  Skilled in stakeholder management and effective evangelization of marketing principles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and positively influence multifunctional stakeholders at Country, APAC, and Global levels.  Strategic and analytical thinker with demonstrated success in cross-functional, cross-regional collaboration within a fast-paced multinational organization.  Attention to detail and strong project management skills with ability to recognize, adapt and respond to changing market and business environments  Highly organized and multi-tasking to handle several marketing tasks and timeline simultaneously.
