Responsibilities/Main Activities

Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire a Contract Renewal Administrator for 6 months based in Singapore .

As the Contract Renewal Administrator, you will be responsible of

Manage all maintenance and renewal processes spanning: maintenance renewals and related reporting, customer database management. Provide quotation and related documents to customers to renew their software maintenance without delay. Review purchase order from customer with legal team to get renewal processed. Prepare contract entry/update and invoices for SEA maintenance renewal in Great Plains (GP) system. Prepare software upgrade delivery orders to customers under active maintenance contract. Prepare maintenance summary report and renewal report to HQ for SEA & AUS/NZ accounts monthly. Prepare quarterly revenue forecast report to finance for SEA accounts monthly. Keep accurate records for all Accounts within Hexagon ALI system. Maintain contracts registered. Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements. Maintain account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Degree or Diploma in any discipline Minimum 3-5 years of working experience Willing to learn with strong administrative skills Meticulous, able to engage with stakeholders, self-driven, team player Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP and PowerPoint Dedicated and committed individual

Skills and Abilities

Excellent Administration skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to use well developed communication and social skills to persuade and influence the views of potential clients Ability to deal with clients at all levels, identify client needs and translate those needs into complete solutions of Hexagon ALI products and services Ability to adapt readily to changes in customer requirements Builds rapport with customers on a regular basis and cultivates work-related personal relationships.
