Singapur, Singapore WGT EHR Pte Ltd Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform motor insurance / hire purchase financing duties;
  • Documentation and reception duties. (e.g., Filing, Invoicing, Raising PO).
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team on invoicing, daily payment collection, IU commissioning etc.
  • Process LTA vehicle registration/vehicle ownership transfer, inspection approval.
  • Handling pre-delivery inspection admin duties.
  • Handling shipping administrative duties.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Meticulous and able to multitask
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin due to overseas counterparts they serve
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to work in Bukit Timah area and on alternate Saturdays; and
  • At least a full GCE O level certificate or completed a Certificate education from a recognized educational institution.
  • Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am 12:30pm.
