To help us build upon our success, we are seeking a Revenue Operations Executive (Finance) to manage and optimize the revenue and finance operations process.

This position will report to the Financial Planning & Revenue Operations Manager in the Finance and Revenue Operations function and will work across multiple stakeholders and various level of involvement from sales, finance, and operations functions to drive process success, align efforts and using data and analytics to measure and improve performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a good understanding of the Quote to Cash process.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with Sales & Marketing, monitor and review the sales funnel on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis while reviewing recurring revenue meetings with the GTM team.
  • Manage billing and invoicing, invoice process flows, invoice requests and overdue invoice follow-ups
  • Monitor accounts receivable cash collection and assist the finance team in preparing cash flow report and forecasts 
  • Systems and tools: Maintain, evaluate, implement, and optimize revenue operations and finance systems and workflow, including CRM (Hubspot), marketing automation, sales analytics tools, billing tools (Stripe & Netsuite), partner tools (e.g. ACE). Ensure data accuracy, integration, and alignment across systems.
  • Process Improvement
    • Collaborate with cross functional departments to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Identify and resolve challenges and issues within the revenue operations process.
    • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Quote to Cash process.
  • Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations best practices and tools e.g. Hubspot, ACE
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist with development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track revenue performance metrics. Regularly monitor and report on progress towards revenue goals, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with partners e.g. AWS to ensure tools and process integrations (e.g. ACE), funding administration (pilots & marketing), billing and reporting, and etc.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment towards revenue objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends related to revenue operations. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and drive revenue growth.
  • Support other finance administrative functions as assigned by the Finance Planning & Revenue Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Fresh university graduates or degree holder with 1-2 years of experience in revenue/ finance operations or a related field, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics to improve performance.
  • Good organizational skills, meticulous and adherence to operational due diligence.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot), will have an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
  • Strong Understanding of Quote to Cash processes 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Competency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google spreadsheets etc 
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to continuously improve and develop skills.
